Description
We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team in New York, New York. In this role, you will provide technical support to ensure smooth operations across various systems and platforms. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of both on-site and remote teams.
Responsibilities:
Deliver Tier 1-2 technical support for macOS and Windows systems, with a focus on a Mac-dominant environment.
Effectively manage and resolve support tickets using ServiceNow.
Utilize Jamf to administer and maintain macOS endpoints.
Provide technical assistance to the New York office and remote teams.
Collaborate with IT leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance service consistency.
Uphold high standards of customer service while addressing technical issues promptly and efficiently.
Requirements
Proficiency in Active Directory.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10.
Ability to perform basic troubleshooting across various systems.
Familiarity with managing Service Desk tickets.
Experience working with Microsoft Windows platforms.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
