JOB DESCRIPTION:

As an Epicor Business Analyst specializing in Operations Modules, you will be a key player in our mission to deliver top-tier Epicor ERP solutions to our clients. Collaborating closely with both our internal teams and clients, you will analyze operational processes, gather requirements, and design solutions tailored to enhance efficiency and productivity.

RESPONSABILITIES:

Epicor Operations Module Expertise:

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Epicor ERP, particularly concentrating on Operations Modules.
• Provide subject matter expertise in areas such as Production Planning, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain Operations.

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

• Work closely with business users to gather and document detailed requirements related to Epicor Operations Modules.
• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of existing operational processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Solution Design and Implementation:

• Design and propose solutions that align with business requirements and leverage the functionalities of Epicor Operations Modules.
• Collaborate with development and technical teams to implement and configure solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality and performance of Epicor Operations modules.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and address any issues to ensure a smooth transition to the new solutions.

Training and Support:

• Provide training and support to end-users on the use of Epicor Operations modules.
• Serve as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the Operations modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Epicor ERP, specifically Operations Modules.
• Solid understanding of operational processes, production planning, and inventory management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Epicor certification is a plus.
