Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification.
- Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data.
- Design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes.
- Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
- Perform process simulations and troubleshooting.
- Manage cost and time constraints.
- Perform risk assessments.
- Provide process documentation and operating instructions.
- Support the maintenance of our DeltaV and OSI PI systems.
- Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and PSM (Process Safety Management) standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven work experience as a Production Engineer, Process Engineer, or similar role.
- Solid experience in process design, process simulation, and risk assessment.
- Proficiency in operating DeltaV and OSI PI systems.
- In-depth knowledge of GMP and PSM standards.
- Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and team leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Must be proactive, resourceful, and able to work under pressure.
- Willingness to keep abreast of advancements in technology.
- Professional Engineering (PE) certification is a plus.
