You will work closely with QA Analysts and Developers to ensure comprehensive testing coverage across all aspects of the system, focusing on overall system reliability, performance, and quality. This involves complying with the system development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodology (PMLC) by actively participating in scope assessment, risk analysis, and cost analysis. In addition to your primary responsibilities, you may also coach, lead, and mentor other team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.

Your role includes providing testing management for ongoing projects and future initiatives, ensuring that testing solutions are effective and efficient. You will meet key project milestones and overall project deliverables on time, adhering to development and quality standards. This requires analyzing the testing needs and developing comprehensive testing strategies and plans. You will review and approve test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures, including database impacts, software scenarios, and usability testing.

Additionally, you will review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, and completeness, and to mitigate risks. Ensuring that application documentation is complete, maintained, and updated in a timely fashion is also part of your responsibilities. You may be assigned other duties as needed.

The must-have technical skills for this role include proficiency in Java, JIRA, Selenium, Karate API, and IntelliJ. Flex skills or nice-to-have skills include additional expertise in Java and strong text case writing skills.
