Job Description

We are looking for a Cloud / DevOps Engineer for an onsite role in Jersey City supporting Deloitte/JPMC initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure, DevOps practices, and container platforms, working at a platform and infrastructure level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and manage infrastructure using Terraform

• Work extensively with AWS services for cloud-based solutions

• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines

• Support platform-level infrastructure setup and enhancements

• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters

• Collaborate with development and platform teams to ensure scalable and reliable environments

• Follow enterprise security and compliance standards

Tech Stack:

• Cloud: AWS (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, EKS, CloudWatch)

• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform

• DevOps / CI-CD: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline

• Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes (EKS)

• Version Control: Git (GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket)

• Monitoring & Logging: CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana

• Scripting: Shell, Python (basic to intermediate)

• Security: IAM, Secrets Manager, basic DevSecOps practices

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform

• Solid experience with AWS services

• Strong DevOps background with CI/CD pipelines

• Platform-level infrastructure setup experience

• Hands-on Kubernetes experience

• Comfortable working onsite in an enterprise environment
