HRIS Analyst (SAP SuccessFactors to SAP HCM)
Juno is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional to join our HRIS team as an HRIS Project & Testing Coordinator on a contract basis. This individual will support key HR technology initiatives, starting with a primary focus on the SuccessFactors to SAP HCM replication program currently in development. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow in a global organization, gain exposure to enterprise HR systems, and work cross-functionally with internal and third-party teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Testing & Coordination:
- Manage the end-to-end testing log and defect tracking process for the HRIS initiatives
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure timely resolution of defects
- Monitor testing timelines and maintain alignment with project milestones
- Track testing readiness and support formal reporting for go/no-go decisions
Project & Status Support:
- Maintain project plans and assist in tracking deliverables and timelines
- Support HRIS leaders with preparation of status updates and communications to stakeholders
- Monitor risks, issues, and changes and help coordinate mitigation activities
- Release & Enhancement Support:
- Assist with planning and coordination of SuccessFactors releases and sprint-based configuration changes
- Help gather business input and requirements for upcoming system enhancements
- Ensure proper coordination across impacted teams including HR, IT, and third-party vendors
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or testing support roles
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to work across culturally and functionally diverse teams
- Organized and reliable, with a strong ability to manage competing priorities
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Workday) preferred
- Experience with tools like Jira, HP ALM, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project a plus
- Bachelor s degree preferred
