Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Technical Support Specialist I in Cleveland, Ohio. This role involves providing technical assistance and support to our customers, addressing basic technical issues, and escalating more complex problems as needed. The job function requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Provide frontline technical support to our customers, addressing and resolving basic technical issues.

Escalate more complex problems to the appropriate team or individual.

Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring all customer queries are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.

Utilize various database and Microsoft tools to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Work with Active Directory, computer hardware, and configuration management tools to support customer needs.

Provide deskside support and manage desktop hardware issues.

Utilize MS Office 365 and Azure Active Directory to support customer needs and resolve issues.

Maintain a high level of knowledge in all relevant technical areas.

Continuously improve technical skills through ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements

Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, including MS Office 365

Experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory

Strong knowledge of computer hardware and configuration management

Proven skills in deskside support and desktop hardware

Excellent problem-solving abilities

Ability to provide technical support and resolve issues efficiently

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other IT professionals

Proactive in maintaining and updating technical knowledge and skills.
