Position Title: Jr. Content Writer

Job Description:
We re seeking a Junior Content Writer with strong organizational and technical writing skills to help streamline content operations and ensure consistent, high-quality documentation across the enterprise. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing clear, structured content, optimizing digital workflows, and improving process efficiency through automation.
As part of a collaborative team, you will manage content catalogs, support learning materials, and help ensure compliance and accuracy in all documentation. You ll also use tools like Microsoft SharePoint, Forms, and Power Automate to maintain and improve content management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit, organize, and maintain enterprise learning content and documentation.
- Reconcile the content catalog with the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure accuracy and alignment.
- Create and maintain SharePoint Lists and integrate them with Microsoft Forms for improved data collection and workflow management.
- Use Power Automate to build workflows that automate content review and approval processes.
- Ensure all documentation meets organizational naming conventions, standards, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and close content or process gaps, reducing risk and improving operational efficiency.
- Track and document approvals and version histories to ensure all content is properly reviewed and archived.
Required Skills & Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Communications, English, Technical Writing, Information Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience building and managing SharePoint Lists and integrating with Microsoft Forms.
- Familiarity with documentation standards, naming conventions, and structured content practices.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using Microsoft Power Automate to create workflow automations and triggers.
- Experience in content management, catalog maintenance, or learning management systems (LMS).
- Understanding of process documentation, content auditing, and knowledge management best practices.
