Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Mediation Developer specializing in Digital Route to join our dynamic team. As a Mediation Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing mediation solutions using Digital Route Mediation platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mediation systems with various data sources and downstream systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mediation processes, extensive experience with Digital Route Mediation, and the ability to design and optimize mediation workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement mediation solutions using Digital Route Mediation platform.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define mediation workflows.
Configure mediation rules and mappings to transform and normalize data from various sources.
Integrate mediation systems with upstream data sources and downstream systems.
Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of mediation solutions to ensure reliability and performance.
Optimize mediation workflows for efficiency and scalability.
Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and clients on mediation-related issues.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in mediation technology and Digital Route Mediation platform.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Mediation Developer with expertise in Digital Route Mediation.
Strong understanding of mediation concepts, data transformation, and normalization.
Experience in designing and implementing mediation workflows for telecom or related industries is preferred.
Familiarity with APIs, web services, and data formats (CSV, XML, JSON).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Additional Requirements:
Certification or training in Digital Route Mediation is a plus.
Experience with Oracle Billing and Revenue Management or similar billing systems is desirable.
