We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager / Scrum Master with a strong technical experience managing infrastructure projects. This role blends Agile leadership with traditional project management-ideal for someone who thrives in hybrid delivery environments.

Skills & Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in Project Management and Scrum Master roles.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban) and ability to apply PM principles when needed.
  • Hands-on experience managing infrastructure projects (network, servers, system upgrades).
  • Expert-level proficiency in Jira and Confluence:
    • Create dashboards, Gantt charts, and track features/milestones.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level reporting and presentations.

Nice-to-Have
Skills:
  • Familiarity with PI Planning, compliance processes, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience with capacity planning and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and demos.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile processes while identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects, including risk/issue management and milestone tracking.
  • Create and maintain information radiators (burn-down charts, velocity reports) and dashboards for transparency.
  • Partner with engineering, product, and operations teams to remove impediments and ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare and present status reports to leadership.
  • Support release planning and roadmap development.
  • Promote a servant-leadership approach, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years in product/project development or 3+ years on an Agile team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks and traditional PM principles.
  • Outstanding facilitation, negotiation, and communication skills.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Mill, SC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.
