Skills & Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Project Management and Scrum Master roles.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban) and ability to apply PM principles when needed.
- Hands-on experience managing infrastructure projects (network, servers, system upgrades).
- Expert-level proficiency in Jira and Confluence:
- Create dashboards, Gantt charts, and track features/milestones.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level reporting and presentations.
Nice-to-Have
Skills:
- Familiarity with PI Planning, compliance processes, and stakeholder management.
- Experience with capacity planning and governance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and demos.
- Ensure adherence to Agile processes while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects, including risk/issue management and milestone tracking.
- Create and maintain information radiators (burn-down charts, velocity reports) and dashboards for transparency.
- Partner with engineering, product, and operations teams to remove impediments and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and present status reports to leadership.
- Support release planning and roadmap development.
- Promote a servant-leadership approach, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years in product/project development or 3+ years on an Agile team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks and traditional PM principles.
- Outstanding facilitation, negotiation, and communication skills.
