Project Details
We are looking for a seasoned Product Owner / Product Manager with more than 10 years of healthcare experience, particularly in medical claims adjudication and cloud-based data platform solutions. This hybrid role combines strategic product planning with tactical delivery execution. The candidate should have strong experience in managing enterprise product roadmaps, collaborating with engineering and data teams, and delivering value-driven outcomes using Agile methodologies.

What You Will Do
- Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with business objectives
- Build and maintain product roadmaps; manage dependencies across teams and programs
- Conduct market analysis and user research to inform strategic product decisions
- Agile Product Delivery
- Own and manage product backlogs, prioritizing epics, features, and stories
- Drive PI planning, story refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and stakeholder demos
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data, QA, and design teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Healthcare Claims Domain Expertise
- Work with complex medical claims adjudication data including billing vs. rendering providers, pricing logic, accumulators, and claim edit validations
- Engage domain SMEs and interpret payer-provider logic to inform product development
- Technical & Data Platform Alignment
- Partner with technical architects on applications leveraging AWS services: Lambda, S3, Athena, Glue, DynamoDB, RDS (Postgres), and MongoDB
- Support near real-time data replication initiatives using Qlik Replicate
- Use SQL to analyze data for validation, issue resolution, and decision support
- Stakeholder & Workshop Facilitation
- Run JAD (Joint Application Design) sessions and cross-functional workshops
- Align business goals with technical delivery by maintaining clear communication channels with leadership and user groups
