Job Description:
- Serve as technology project manager to lead the modernization of the labor forecasting software is needed to replace a 20-year-old outdate system.
- The upgrades look to enhance forecasting accuracy and granularity and will utilize AI and machine learning to reduce human error in labor estimating and scheduling.
- The solution being implemented contains 3 pieces, new labor standards integrations, new labor modeling integrations, and new labor forecasting integrations
- Experience with 3rd party software implementation, especially with a focus on HR and labor scheduling
- Executive level communication and program tracking skills (providing stakeholder visibility, managing risks, etc.)
- Creating, maintaining and aligning project plans
- Project Manager to lead transition of approx 250 Murrays cheese associates to all client's benefits and HR systems.
- Leading software development and implementations, preferably in HR
