Qualifications:
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in hydro power plants
- Proficient in plant operations, installation oversight, and preventive maintenance
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise field activities related to electrical systems installation and upgrades
- Direct and manage maintenance protocols to ensure system integrity
- Lead electrical construction efforts and coordinate with project stakeholders
- Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting of system faults in real-time operations
