Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid Onsite)

Job Description:
  • We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in IT infrastructure both on-premises and cloud (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) to lead and support agile delivery teams.
  • The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement while working closely with infrastructure and automation teams.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, IaC (Infrastructure as Code), and DevOps practices is essential. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are a must.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Terraform, and Ansible is highly desirable.
