Description: Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support IT systems operations, change management, and infrastructure coordination. This role acts as a critical liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring that system requirements are clearly defined, documented, and implemented effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a background in infrastructure, and fluency in both Spanish and English.
Location
- Hybrid (Quincy, MA or Miami, FL)
- Onsite 2 days/week, remote 3 days/week
- Contract with potential for extension or full-time employment
- Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and engineering/development teams
- Lead change management efforts related to system vulnerabilities from the CIO's office
- Maintain and update weekly metrics reports to track progress and performance
- Manage documentation related to Application Portfolio Management (APM) and the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Support roadmap development for system changes and enhancements
- Identify, document, and track system issues and improvement opportunities
- Translate business needs into formal technical requirements and deliverables
- Understand and interpret vulnerability-related terminology and data
- 5-10 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proven experience in change management and coordinating system changes
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and systems analysis
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (oral and written)
- Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying system improvements
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders
