Warehouse Operator

Trident Consulting is seeking a "Warehouse Operator" for one of our client in Sinking Spring, PA. A global leader in business and technology services.
Job Title: Warehouse Operator
Location: Sinking Spring, PA (Onsite)
Job Type: Contract - Monday Friday, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM (OT as needed)
Pay Rate: $20/hr - 22/hr on W2
Job Overview

This role supports warehouse operations with a focus on chemical sampling and repackaging in a controlled environment. The associate will handle raw materials and finished goods, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, retrieval, and shipping. Strict adherence to safety, PPE, and regulatory requirements is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

Receive, put away, and retrieve raw and finished materials.

Perform cycle counting and support internal/external material requests.

Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.

Ship materials, including IATA dangerous goods shipments.

Sampling & Repackaging

Work in a controlled environment sampling room to repackage chemicals/finished products per customer specifications.

Follow GMP, ISO, OSHA, and DOT guidelines.

Safety & Compliance

Wear required PPE: hair net, scrubs, safety shoes, glasses, nitrile gloves, and respirator mask.

Follow all chemical handling and warehouse safety protocols.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma

2+ years warehouse experience

Material handling experience

Basic computer knowledge

IATA dangerous goods shipping experience (preferred/required)

Forklift certification or ability to obtain

Understanding of ISO, GMP, OSHA, DOT compliance

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs

Ability to pass physical exam and respirator requirements

Additional Job Requirements

Exposure to chemicals requiring PPE

Heavy lifting over 20 lbs

Forklift operation required

No exposure to bloodborne pathogens

No hearing tests or laser work required
