Position: Senior Product Marketing Manager
Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Direct Hire
Job Description:
Our Direct Client is a Silicon Valley-based supplier of high-performance electronic components used in high-voltage power-conversion systems. Their EcoSmart technology and integrated ICs are widely used across industries to improve energy efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define strategic direction for BLDC Motor Drive ICs
- Drive product introductions, manage key customer relationships
- Collaborate with MCU ecosystem partners and internal teams (sales, R&D, applications)
- Create compelling marketing collateral, oversee product lifecycle and pricing
- Conduct market/competitive analysis and forecast planning
- Travel to domestic/international customers and trade shows
Required Competencies:
- Strong market knowledge of motor drive ICs
- Deep understanding of BLDC topology, control algorithms, and hardware (IPM, HB)
- Entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze complex tech scenarios and translate into business value
