Senior Application Support Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Engineer with over 5 years of experience to provide technical support for our critical applications. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong hands-on technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide application support, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex issues.
Monitor, maintain, and support applications hosted on J2EE platforms.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to deploy fixes and improvements.
Create and maintain documentation for support procedures and issue resolution.
Mandatory Qualifications:
5+ years of professional experience in an application support or related role.
Must have hands-on experience with:
Linux, Windows, and Unix.
J2EE.
JBoss, Apache, Kafka, and Tomcat.
Working knowledge of application deployment, monitoring, and performance tuning.
Excellent clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, essential for interacting with teams and documenting issues.
