Job Title: Cable and Harness Technician 1

Location: Sierra Vista, AZ

Duration: 12 Months



Roles & Responsibilities:

Performs functions associated with all manufacturing operations, fabricating wire harnesses, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, and components

Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process

Utilize measurement tools such as calipers, rulers, and tape measures for fabricating hardware.

Reads and interprets work instructions, schematics, wire lists, and drawings

Provides regular communication to shop leads and Work Center management on status and technical issues

Ensures quality of the hardware is maintained and company procedures are followed.

Basic Qualifications:

High School diploma, GED or equivalent


Strong attention to detail

Ability to work under limited supervision.

Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certification

J-STD-001 Certification

Ability to multitask, prioritize

Experience or familiarity with ISO requirements, standards, and compliance issues
