We are Looking for an experienced & visionary Business Intelligence (BI) Product Owner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the strategy, roadmap, & execution plans for our BI solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs & translate them into actionable insights, driving data-driven decision-making. RESPONSIBILITIES Product Vision & Strategy: Develop & communicate a clear product vision & strategy for BI solutions that align with the company s overall objectives.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand their needs, & prioritize features & enhancements.
Roadmap Development: Create & maintain a detailed product roadmap that outlines the development & release of BI features & solutions.
Agile Development: Lead agile development teams by creating & prioritizing backlogs, writing user stories, & ensuring alignment on project goals.
Data Governance: Establish & enforce data governance policies & best practices to ensure data quality & integrity.
Performance Metrics: Define & track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success & impact of BI initiatives.
User Training & Support: Provide training & support to end-users to maximize the value derived from BI tools & solutions. QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor s / Master s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, business intelligence, data analytics, or related roles.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with BI tools (preferably Power BI), data warehousing, SQL, & data modeling.
Agile Methodologies: Experience working in agile development environments.
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal & written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams & manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications Certifications: Product Owner certification ( e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO / PM ) is a plus.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with specific industry ( e.g., finance, healthcare, retail ) in which the company operates.
Advanced Analytics: Experience in advanced analytics techniques & tools (e.g., machine learning, predictive analytics) is an advantage.
