Description:

INTAKE NOTES/ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Day-to-day/The Project:
  • Will be working on process optimization of recruitment and hiring.
  • They will help create dashboard customers are requesting.
  • Trouble shoot ticketing issues around ORC (requisitions, applications, job posting, etc.) and other HCM modules (payroll, absence management, workflows, etc.) or help build reports that require coding.
  • Takes notes from meetings to create flow charts and technical design. Creates visuals for end users from process flows and wire framing.

TOP REQUIRED SKILLS:

Must have Senior level experience of Oracle Cloud System Development

Deep understanding of developing custom solutions using PaaS services in OCI using ATP, APEX, PL/SQL, VBCS etc. Will need to develop solutions from scratch with APEX, ATS, SQL.

Must KNOW Oracle cloud HCM and ORC. Needs to be able to do custom builds in HCM and ORC.

Fast formula experience

HDL HCM data loader

Know about integration with web services and APIs - Strong in experience in API

ETL Development. ETL Tools: Familiarity with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and tools.

In-depth knowledge and experience SQL, PL/SQL, J-Query, HTML, and java Script

JQuery (typically comes with SQL)

Should have strong understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) components & capabilities including all major OIC adapters and different orchestration integration patterns

Preferred Skills:

Ideally if they have some understanding of security, data access and roles for example.

Soft Skills:

Strong communications skill, this is customer facing (HR, recruitment/TA), technical abilities and the initiate to be proactive and tackle a project is the priority.

Be able to speak to HR in non-technical terms for functional people
