What You Will Do :
  • We are building a team for new initiatives supporting the growth in Managed Services Healthcare.
  • The work will be remote, with minimal travel.
  • Facilitate successful project management throughout the full project lifecycle using traditional and agile methodologies: manage projects to successful completion, meeting deliverable quality, schedule commitments, cost budgets, and performance targets.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives.
  • Work with stakeholders to define clear project objectives and requirements, agree on priorities, communicate progress updates and demonstrations, and provide responsive change management in frequent planning/re-planning meetings.
  • Document requirements in business cases, project charters, and project plans; update these documents to record progress and changes.
  • Work with cross-functional teams with diverse technical skill sets to support successful project completion; re-plan and adjust project course based on realities of team velocity and dynamic business/user needs.
  • Facilitate strategic planning through consensus building and collaborative decision making.
  • Apply knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle planning, programming, and budgeting as well as resource planning and execution processes, to support program planning, decision briefings, and progress assessment across multiple projects.
  • Develop templates, procedures, and guidelines for managing project information and deliverables.
  • Maintain a central repository for project documentation and reporting; track progress and report on status and metrics at task/work package and project level.
  • Raise issues, risks, and exceptions; develop clear remediations and mitigations; follow-through to resolution.


What You Will Need :
  • Bachelor's or higher degree
  • 6 years relevant work experience
  • 4 years experience as a technical project manager
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint, Teams
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze problems and propose multiple solutions
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to manage evolving requirements, facilitate collaboration, and launch new initiatives
  • Strong attention to detail and thorough documentation skills
  • Demonstrated consensus building skills
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects concurrently, work collaboratively with diverse teams, meet deadlines, and deliver quality
  • Ability to effectively and confidently communicate - in writing and presentations - complex topics and procedures with team members and all levels of client stakeholders


What Would Be Nice to Have :
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
