Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Workday Integration Developer to lead the design,
development, and maintenance of complex Workday integrations. The ideal candidate will have deep
expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIBs, with a strong understanding of Workday's HCM,
Payroll, and Financials modules. You will play a key role in delivering scalable solutions that align with our
HR and IT strategies while ensuring data integrity, security, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors,
Cloud Connect, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
Lead technical integration projects from requirements gathering through deployment and support.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them
into Workday integration solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to integrations and data flows.
Monitor integration performance and proactively identify areas for optimization.
Develop and maintain documentation for all integrations, including design specs, test plans, and
deployment guides.
Maintain awareness of new Workday releases and features; assess and implement new
functionality as appropriate.
Ensure integrations meet compliance and security standards, including GDPR and SOX where
applicable.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers and analysts.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of Workday integration experience.
Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
Strong experience with XML, XSLT, JSON, and middleware technologies.
Solid understanding of Workday security framework and data governance.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred:
Workday Integration certification(s).
Experience with Workday Extend or Prism Analytics.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools (JIRA, Git, Jenkins).
Prior experience in large enterprise environments or global implementations.
