About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to provide expert-level systems engineering support to the MDA's Defense of Guam Program Office. You'll be at the forefront of technical integration, helping ensure the seamless development, testing, and deployment of cutting-edge missile defense capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Systems Engineering efforts across Flight Test, Ground Test, and Modeling & Simulation domains
- Develop and maintain SE/CI activities and technical documentation
- Drive architecture definition, interface allocation, and requirements development
- Shape verification strategies and risk management frameworks
- Support technical reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) and performance assessments
- Contribute to cybersecurity strategy, configuration/data management, and sustainment planning
- Collaborate on decision analysis, technical planning, and innovation initiatives
- Deliver high-impact briefings to senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Preferred Qualifications
- 12+ years of relevant systems engineering or technical experience for missile defense related programs
- Bachelor's degree in STEM (Master's preferred)
- Experience with MDA Systems Engineering and DoD acquisition programs
- Proven track record in technical baseline development and cybersecurity-informed engineering
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional technical teams
- Familiarity with MDA technical review processes and documentation standards
