Job Description:

• The Salesforce Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of marketing campaigns using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. This role involves developing marketing plans, managing marketing automation, creating dynamic reports and dashboards, and collaborating with various teams to drive business growth and achieve marketing objectives. They need to be proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud's features, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Mobile Studio.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals, leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Campaign Management:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, mobile, and social media.

Marketing Automation:

• Design and implement automated marketing workflows using Salesforce Marketing Cloud's Journey Builder and other tools.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Track and analyze campaign performance, identify key insights, and report on results to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with sales, product, and other teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of marketing efforts.

Platform Expertise:

• Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud's features to create personalized and targeted marketing experiences.

Content Development:

• Contribute to the development of engaging marketing content, including email templates, landing pages, and other assets

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Mobile Studio.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Einstein, and Agentforce is often beneficial
