Description:
Customer Data Artificial Intelligence Solutions (CDAIS) combines customer, meter and customer service data to identify opportunities that reduce costs, increase revenue, and resolve process breakages ultimately improving customer experience for millions of customers across the eastern United States. We are seeking talented data and analytics professionals to join a dynamic, innovative team that plays a critical role in the success of the Customer organization.
What You ll Do:
You will leverage both technical and professional skills to deliver actionable insights and solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:
Technical Responsibilities
Engagement Planning & Communication (15%)
- Plan epics, stories, and tasks for product development. Present complex ideas and collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Tools: Microsoft Teams, Jira, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources and APIs (SQL Server, Oracle, AWS). Identify trends, anomalies, and insights to support advanced analytics and continuous improvement.
- Tools: SQL, Python, AWS EMR, AWS SageMaker, Jupyter Notebook, Spark
- Develop diagnostic and predictive models to inform strategic decisions. Techniques may include NLP, regression, machine learning, semantic analysis, simulation, and optimization.
- Tools: Python, AWS EMR, AWS SageMaker, Jupyter Notebook, Spark
- Create impactful dashboards and visualizations to communicate trends and findings to leadership and teams.
- Tools: Power BI Premium, Jupyter Notebook
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms (primarily AWS).
- Familiarity with customer service or utility operations.
- Advanced ML techniques and big data processing experience.
