The Lead IT Associate Project Manager applies project management skills and leadership competencies in the end-to-end delivery of projects. These can include high complexity projects, and/or subprojects of a large program or Program/Portfolio Management Office functions. Ensures the planning and execution phases meet the project scope, cost, schedule, and quality expectations approved by the project stakeholders throughout the project's lifecycle.

The Lead IT Associate Project Manager applies project management skills and leadership competencies in the end-to-end delivery of projects. Ensures the planning and execution phases meet the project scope, cost, schedule, and quality expectations approved by the project stakeholders throughout the project's lifecycle.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Broad Project Management Methodology experience both Traditional Waterfall and Agile, Adaptive and Hybrid.
Required skills:
- Experience with Planview Portfolios Implementations
- Experience leading IT projects that migrate users from existing to new solutions

- Infrastructure, Applications, and Data Center Experience
Preferred skills and experiences:
- Change Management Methodologies - Current or past experience applying and executing Organizational Change Management principles
- Experience with Microsoft Project or Project Web Applications
- Ability to navigate through ambiguous situations
- Knowledge of testing and POC
- PMP certification
- Agile certifications
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in leading or facilitating projects in in application development, infrastructure, process, or similar areas is required.
- {OR} Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Business or Technical discipline (e.g., Business Administration, Communications, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or Project Management) and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in leadership or in leading or facilitating formalized IT projects in an application development, infrastructure, process, or similar areas.
