Description
Responsibilities:
Implement computer system requirements by defining and analyzing system problems, designing and testing standards and solutions.
Ensures operation by training client personnel and providing support.
Maintaining and upgrading existing systems as required.
Accept responsibility and ownership for all assigned tickets from creation to resolution, or to the point of escalation.
Analyze ticket trends and incidents to identify potential problems or outages - and communicate to management in a timely manner.
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT assets.
Manage user and computer accounts in Active Directory Users and computer or Entra ID.
Creating system guidelines and documentation for the organization.
Administer and provide technical support in Microsoft 365 and Azure tenant.
Maintain Physical security systems.
Maintain and troubleshoot enterprise printing platform.
Participating in an on-call rotation, providing support outside of regular working hours as required
This position may require travel to various offices within the US (10%).

Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
Customer service-oriented - with the ability to work with end-users of all technical literacy.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate appropriate initiative when making decisions.
Accuracy and the ability to handle a high-volume of work efficiently are essential.
High-level written and verbal proficiency in English.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline; or equivalent experience.
Windows Server 2016-2022
Extensive experience managing Active Directory UC and GPO
Experience managing Microsoft 365 tenants.
Basic understanding of ITSM principles - including business expectations and communication.
Minimum of three years' experience working within a support position in the IT field, with advanced end-user troubleshooting experience.
A+ and Net+ required. Security+ desired
