What you get to do:

  • Design, develop, and implement GenAI and machine learning models for complex financial services use cases such as risk modeling, compliance automation, and customer interaction.

  • Build scalable, production-ready AI/ML solutions using secure, automated pipelines and structured financial data integrations.

  • Lead the architecture of AI systems with a focus on performance, latency sensitivity, regulatory compliance, and auditability.

  • Develop agentic pipelines and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) frameworks for use cases like portfolio analysis, automated reporting, and real-time alerts.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI implementations with financial goals and governance requirements.

  • Integrate AI capabilities across enterprise tools including Azure ML, Databricks, CRMs, and analytics platforms.

  • Document AI architecture and system decisions for audit, compliance, and internal stakeholders.

  • Present technical findings and deliverables to both business and technical teams.

What you need to succeed:

  • 5+ years of experience in Data & AI, with specific expertise in Generative AI solutions.

  • 3+ years of hands-on Azure experience in a professional setting.

  • Strong consulting background with the ability to communicate and collaborate with clients.

  • Proven experience in the financial services industry.

  • Proficient in Python, SQL, and data modeling for structured and transactional financial datasets.

  • Familiarity with OpenAI, LangChain, RAG architectures, and agentic AI frameworks.

  • Experience with MLOps, model validation, safe AI design, and enterprise integration.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.

  • Nice to have: Databricks experience and financial NLP familiarity (e.g., 10-K filings, earnings calls).
