Job Details
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design Research, or related field
5+ years of experience conducting UX research in product development environments applying human-centered design approaches and tools to solve complex problems
A strong ability to scope a research process, gather insights from secondary research, lead fieldwork, and conduct in-context interviews and observation
Experience working on mobile apps, connected devices, or wearable technology
Strong storytelling and communication skills able to influence design and product decisions with evidence
Familiarity with tools like Figma, Dscout, UserTesting.com, and survey platforms
Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles Tolerance for ambiguity and superpower for translating it into organized and clear steps
Comfortable discussing and facilitating discussions with senior leadership
