Description

  • Service designers will be embedded within squads building end-to-end service experiences for customer-facing healthcare offerings within our Customer Solutions team.
  • Expertise in Figma is required for creating visual artifacts like service blueprints, journey maps, and conceptual frameworks.
  • Candidates must provide a portfolio demonstrating real-world service design work — showcasing ability to map, model, and improve service ecosystems.
  • We are seeking strong, T-shaped service designers who can apply human-centered, systems-level methodologies within fast-paced, agile environments focused on healthcare service innovation.
ADDITIONAL NOTES TO HIGHLIGHT: 
  • We are not seeking marketing, graphic, visual communication, or UX/UI designers for this role.
  • We are not seeking front-end developers or screen-level interaction designers.
  • We are seeking experienced service designers with a track record of mapping complex service ecosystems, orchestrating cross-channel experiences, and improving both customer and operational outcomes.
  • Design thinking and strategic design experience is a bonus.
