Job Details
Senior PeopleSoft ELM Functional Analyst that will be responsible for providing functional leadership and guidance on the Peoplesoft ELM project initiatives.
The candidate must have strong functional and technical skills with a proven track record of successful implementation and customization of PeopleSoft ELM.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- PeopleSoft Subject Matter Expert on ELM software functionality, in particular the Training & Certifications components
- Assists with all major Certifications/ Licenses implementation project phases
- Evaluates enhanced ELM v9.2 functionalities and features and perform Fit-Gap analysis to address training data issues and security permissions/ roles.
- Manages, troubleshoots, and resolves production issues, prioritizes business requirements / enhancements, upgrades, and offers expert advice and direction to business users.
- Offers expert advice and direction to our business users in functionality of PeopleSoft ELM 9.2 and the integration workflow with HCM 9.1 system.
- Writes SQL queries to analyze training data as part of Production issues/ bugs. Manage the PS Query, BI Reports, and nVision power user to create advanced reports for the training owners.
- Capturing existing business processes, business rules and training requirements with proposed approach from RAIL, BUS, SAFETY, MTPD, RTRA, and HR training department into functional/requirements specification documents.
- Develop function requirements and design specifications and assist end-users through training sessions and job aids.
- The individual should possess knowledge about the course and class, including familiarity with required delivery methods. And should be able to develop and design the course or training catalog based on business requirements and offer the best design solution to fulfill requests.
- The individual should be familiar with training notification and approval workflows.
Education and Years of Experience:
- A Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience working with PeopleSoft ELM
