IAO Financial Processor
- 1-3 years experience; Researching, analyzing and processing service requests for issued contracts.
- Provide contract maintenance for annuity contracts which may include but is not limited to single and flexible-premium fixed, indexed, and variable annuity contracts, as well as structured settlements and pension contracts.
- Processes from instructions received via hard copy paper instruction or by electronic means.
- Reviews, interprets, and processes a variety of financial and/or non-financial contract requests received from agents/brokers, broker dealers, Third Party Administrators or clients.
- Meets or exceeds departmental quality and service standards.
