  • Automation and Process Optimization: Identify and implement automation strategies and process improvements to streamline quality engineering, enhance efficiency, and reduce time-to-market for new products and features.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish and monitor key quality metrics, using data to inform decisions and improve testing methodologies, and report progress to leadership.

  • Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure quality engineering practices meet regulatory and compliance standards for the insurance industry, fostering trust and reliability in Everest's offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10+ years in software quality engineering, with 5+ years in a leadership role, ideally within the insurance industry.

  • Insurance Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of insurance product development, regulatory standards, and industry-specific quality requirements.

  • Guidewire Platform and Integration Testing Proficiency: Deep hands-on experience with Guidewire Policy Center and insurance system integrations, focusing on quality engineering and performance optimization.

  • Technical Skills: Expertise in QA automation tools, methodologies, and frameworks. Familiarity with agile and waterfall development practices, with a focus on integration and automated testing.

  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: A data-driven mindset with the ability to drive informed decision-making and optimize testing strategies.

  • Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to foster collaboration across teams and effectively communicate with executive stakeholders.
