You will collaborate closely with Strategic Committee leaders, led by the lead Technical Architect, to develop governance documents, procedures, and frameworks that guide ServiceNow systems engineering and design. Your ability to think holistically and strategically will be key in maintaining a product and application roadmap that aligns with organizational goals. Success in this position will require strong leadership skills, comfort in working with clients, and the ability to govern and guide teams effectively.
