Job Details
- Troubleshoot issues with Office works, Fabrication, and paint shop floor systems
- Provide coverage for users and systems at Syncreon, CLI, and other plant locations
- Onsite support for network changes
- Support SCCM environment and assist with Intune configurations
- Ensure vulnerabilities are remediated for SF machines and workstations
- Hardware management including shipment and returns
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot printers and scanners
- Provide L2/L3 support for Windows, macOS, and infrastructure services
- Participate in plant leadership calls and weekly change management calls
- Support patching activities
- Adhere to operational standards, processes, and service objectives
- Maintain documentation for service desk and end-user processes
- Escalate to Plant leadership and MIM team in case of service interruptions
- Coordinate with hardware vendors onsite
