Job Details

  • Troubleshoot issues with Office works, Fabrication, and paint shop floor systems
  • Provide coverage for users and systems at Syncreon, CLI, and other plant locations
  • Onsite support for network changes
  • Support SCCM environment and assist with Intune configurations
  • Ensure vulnerabilities are remediated for SF machines and workstations
  • Hardware management including shipment and returns
  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot printers and scanners
  • Provide L2/L3 support for Windows, macOS, and infrastructure services
  • Participate in plant leadership calls and weekly change management calls
  • Support patching activities
  • Adhere to operational standards, processes, and service objectives
  • Maintain documentation for service desk and end-user processes
  • Escalate to Plant leadership and MIM team in case of service interruptions
  • Coordinate with hardware vendors onsite
