Job Description
- Create software packages for SCCM with 5 years' experience, with a focus on Autodesk and Bentley products.
- Coordinate with technical leads, business users, and project managers during package testing.
- Collaborate closely with testers to improve the end-user experience.
- Provide support for end-user software installation issues.
- Manage and update Active Directory groups related to CADD support.
- Develop installation scripts following established standards and best practices.
