RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client, an AI Powered Data Center Manufacturing company located in San Francisco, CA, is looking for a MEP Construction Project Manager.
Summary:
As a Construction Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and executing a new construction project build from start to finish. You will work closely with the design team, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful completion of projects on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Your technical expertise, organizational skills, and ability to effectively communicate will be key in coordinating and facilitating various aspects of the construction process.
Duties:
* Development of project plans, schedules, and budgets
* Coordinate with the project superintendents to establish project objectives, deliverables, and timelines
* Collaborate with the design team, architects, and engineers to review plans, specifications, and drawings
* Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, local authorities, and industry standards
* Expedite solutions to design clashes while coordinating with design team for best path forward
REQUIREMENTS:
* BA degree required
* 5+ years of experience managing construction projects specifically with Mechanical, Electrical, and Process Piping Scopes
* Strong knowledge of construction practices, codes, regulations, and safety protocols
* Proficiency in project management software and design tools
* Ability to problem solve and make difficult decisions rooted in data
* Confident in decision making ability and coordinating among key stakeholders
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
