Our client is a rapidly growing SaaS and FinTech company dedicated to delivering innovative products to the service industry. We are seeking a talented and creative Software Engineer who can tackle technical challenges with creative solutions that benefit both our customers and our business.

The Role

As a Software Engineer, you will be a vital part of our team, responsible for developing and maintaining our software applications. You ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and fellow engineers. Your primary objective is to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and contribute to company growth.

What You ll Do

• Contribute to all phases of the software development process
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success
• Help improve application performance and reliability through thoughtful design and implementation.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior team members
• Solve complex technical challenges both independently and with a
• Participate occasionally in an on-call rotation to help maintain service uptime and respond to rare critical issues.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of hands-on software development experience, ideally in fast-paced or startup environments
• Solid understanding of backend architecture and API-driven development
• Experience working with relational databases and cloud platforms
• Familiarity with containerization and DevOps practices
• Bachelor of Science in a relevant field
