NetSuite Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Business Systems Analyst to join our
Client's remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing business systems within start-up or growth-stage environments and possess a deep understanding of NetSuite ERP. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the business processes and driving efficiency through effective systems management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and optimization of NetSuite ERP systems to support business objectives.


• Analyze business processes and provide recommendations for improvements.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.


• Administer and configure NetSuite, ensuring optimal performance and usability.


• Develop and deliver training and documentation for end-users.


• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.


• Stay updated with NetSuite updates and best practices to continuously improve system functionality.

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience in implementing business systems in start-up or growth-stage settings.


• 2-3 years of experience with implementing and/or administering NetSuite ERP.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


• Proven track record of successful project management and delivery.
