Role Summary

As a Business Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing key business transformation initiatives within the organization. This role will involve collaborating and leading cross-functional teams, developing, and implementing strategic plans, and driving organizational change to ensure the achievement of business goals and objectives. This position has extensive interaction with our executive/C-suite team, and requires prior work experience with U.S. and ideally India delivery locations.

Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Develop and implement transformation strategies: Identify areas for improvement and design comprehensive strategies to drive business transformation and growth. This includes identifying opportunities, setting goals, and creating action plans.
  • Lead organizational change: Drive the change management process by effectively communicating the vision, goals, and benefits of the transformation initiatives to all stakeholders. Develop and implement change management plans to effectively manage resistance and ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with various departments and teams to understand their needs, align transformation initiatives with business objectives, and ensure smooth execution of projects. Foster collaboration, engagement, and accountability across teams to drive transformational change.
  • Drive process improvement and optimization: Identify and evaluate existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement, automation, standardization, and optimization. Implement best practices and efficient processes to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Monitor and measure performance: Establish performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and measure the ongoing progress and success of transformation initiatives. Regularly analyze data and provide insights to identify areas of improvement and facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Provide leadership and guidance: Lead and inspire teams working on transformation projects, providing clear direction, guidance, and support. Motivate and empower employees to embrace change, by fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications Required

  • 10+ years of proven experience as a Business Transformation Manager or in a similar role, driving successful transformation initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA) preferred.
  • Technical proficiency in technology and Information Technology Services and ability to develop metrics and derive business insights.
  • Six Sigma or equivalent experience in quality and efficiency methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving outcomes.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in business transformation.
