Must-Have Skills:
- 8+ years of experience with Informatica IICS/PowerCenter, Snowflake, Azure, and SQL
- Strong understanding of ETL, data modeling, data integration, and data governance
- Hands-on experience in Python, APIs, and managing high-volume transactional systems
- Ability to analyze issues, implement long-term solutions, and provide mentorship to junior developers
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Snowflake optimization, automation, and GitHub integration
- Background in data warehouse development and handling PHI/PII in HIPAA-compliant environments
