Job Details
Requirements:
- 3 or more years of experience in IT asset and inventory management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with ServiceNow for operational ticketing.
- Experience in conducting hardware audits and inventory control.
- Experience with procurement and deployment monitoring.
- Experience in maintaining supplier records and warranties.
- Experience in coordinating with external agencies and other Traffic Management Centers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, track, and manage IT inventory lifecycle, including surplus.
- Maintain and distribute on-hand IT hardware supplies.
- Conduct scheduled hardware audits across various locations.
- Administer and update asset databases.
- Manage operational tickets within the ServiceNow system.
- Analyze inventory data and generate reports for decision-making.
- Oversee procurement and deployment activities for new equipment.
