Content Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and linguistically adept Content Specialist to join our Machine Learning (ML)/AI Programs team as an English Language expert. This role is ideal for candidates with a deep understanding of English grammar, syntax, and fluency, combined with a passion for language precision and innovation. The primary responsibility will be to create and evaluate prompts that challenge the boundaries of large language models (LLMs), while also reviewing and rewriting content to ensure clarity, coherence, and linguistic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create prompts designed to test the limits of LLM capabilities, identifying vulnerabilities in model responses and assessing prompt handling
• Review and correct English-language sentences for grammatical accuracy, clarity, and stylistic consistency
• Rewrite sentences to enhance fluency, coherence, and natural language flow
• Collaborate with the ML/AI team to understand project goals and deliver language tasks aligned with technical requirements
• Conduct research to ensure accurate interpretation of concepts and context within language tasks
• Maintain consistency and quality standards across all linguistic deliverables
• Provide expert linguistic insights to improve the overall performance of language models
• Meet project deadlines while delivering high-quality, detail-oriented work

What We're Looking For:

• Master s degree or higher in English, Linguistics, Liberal Arts, Marketing, Communications, Writing, Journalism, Data Analysis, Technology, or a related field
• Exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English, with expert-level command of grammar, vocabulary, and syntax
• Demonstrated expertise in correcting and rewriting English-language content
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to linguistic accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent research and analytical skills to support accurate interpretation and translation
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with stakeholders and team members
• This is a full-time W2 role, not C2C

Preferred qualifications:

• Familiarity with machine learning and AI concepts
• Teaching experience
• Ph.D.
• Master s degree with a focus on research, writing, and communication
