Responsibilities
- Lead consultations on high-impact engineering initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical strategy
- Analyze multifaceted software engineering problems, including those involving unprecedented or intangible factors
- Develop solutions for complex systems, ensuring they comply with internal policies and external regulations
- Partner with client teams to align on project objectives, execution timelines, and deliverables
- Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership throughout the project lifecycle
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, or equivalent demonstrated via a combination of work experience, consulting, military service, education, or training
- Proven ability to work independently on technically complex problems
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements and organizational procedures
