Job Title: Technical Program/Project Manager (TPM)
Location: Santa Clara, CA - Hybrid role - 3 days onsite in week
Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and support a set of high-impact technology initiatives, including ERP license rationalization, integration platform enhancements, helpdesk system migration, and EDI enablement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent program management skills, and a proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and platforms (Oracle Cloud, Boomi, ServiceNow, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
ERP Platform Rationalization (Oracle Cloud):
o Lead efforts to assess and optimize current ERP licensing and usage.
o Collaborate with finance, procurement, and application teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.
DevOps & Integration Enhancements:
o Drive initiatives to improve DevOps practices and integration error handling for Oracle and Boomi platforms.
o Coordinate with technical leads and developers to implement robust monitoring and automation solutions.
Helpdesk System Migration (ManageEngine to ServiceNow):
o Manage the end-to-end migration project, including requirements gathering, configuration, data migration, testing, and user training.
o Ensure minimal disruption to IT service delivery during the transition.
EDI Projects for e-Ordering and e-Invoicing:
o Oversee the implementation of EDI solutions to support B2B transactions.
o Work closely with business partners, developers, and vendors to ensure successful onboarding and compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification a plus.
5+ years of experience in technical program or project management.
Strong understanding of ERP systems (especially Oracle Cloud), integration platforms (Boomi), and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, ManageEngine).
Experience managing system migrations, DevOps initiatives, and EDI implementations.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
