Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced OnBase Architect to design, configure, and implement document management and workflow solutions using the OnBase platform. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, integrating OnBase with enterprise systems, and ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and translate business requirements into OnBase solutions.
Configure and customize OnBase for document management and workflow automation.
Design system architecture and integrate OnBase with ERP, CRM, and databases.
Provide user training and ongoing system support.
Ensure system security, documentation, and performance optimization.
Qualifications:
10+ years of hands-on OnBase experience.
OCSA and OCASA certifications preferred.
Expertise in document management, workflow automation, and system integration.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.
