Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Industrial Engineer for a permanent role in our Manufacturing division. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective and efficient manufacturing processes. This role will involve working closely with other team members to identify and eliminate waste, streamline production processes, and continuously improve current practices. The role will require a strong understanding of ETO (Engineer to Order), Quality Systems, Root Causes, Fishbone, 8D, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action), SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) Development, Work Implementation, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), Oracle, and SAP.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and maintain efficient manufacturing processes and workflow.
2. Utilize ETO to create custom solutions for complex manufacturing challenges.
3. Implement and manage Quality Systems to ensure product consistency and quality.
4. Perform Root Cause analysis to identify and rectify recurring issues.
5. Utilize Fishbone and 8D problem-solving methodologies to improve process efficiency.
6. Develop and implement CAPA plans to prevent production issues and improve product quality.
7. Create and modify SOPs to streamline work implementation and ensure compliance with industry standards.
8. Utilize ERP systems, specifically Oracle and SAP, for process management, inventory control, and production planning.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall productivity and efficiency.
10. Monitor and assess performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, specifically in an Industrial Engineering role.
3. Proficient in ETO, Quality Systems, Root Causes, Fishbone, 8D, CAPA, SOP Development, Work Implementation, ERP, Oracle, and SAP.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
7. Proven experience in process improvement and workflow optimization.
8. Strong knowledge of manufacturing best practices and industry standards.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
10. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
