Job Details

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Solution Architect/Lead Consultant to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. This is a critical role requiring deep expertise in SAP IBP and significant experience (6+ years) in implementing and supporting end-to-end supply chain planning solutions. The consultant will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP IBP solutions, focusing heavily on robust Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) integrations using SAP Cloud Platform Integration - Data Services (CI-DS) / Cloud Platform Integration - Data Services (CPI-DS). This role demands a minimum of 12+ years of total relevant professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP IBP modules to meet complex supply chain planning requirements.
  2. Design and execute Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) integrations between SAP IBP and various SAP and Non-SAP systems using SAP CI-DS / CPI-DS.
  3. Configure and manage the CI-DS Agent and schedule and monitor CI-DS Jobs for data transfer.
  4. Integrate CI-DS processes with external scheduling tools, specifically Autosys, to manage data load automation.
  5. Provide expertise in system interfaces, data modeling, and performance optimization within the SAP IBP landscape.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and successful project delivery.

Essential Skills:

  • 12+ years of overall experience in SAP consulting, with 6+ years specifically in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
  • Expertise in SAP Cloud Platform Integration - Data Services (CI-DS) / Cloud Platform Integration - Data Services (CPI-DS).
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing ETL integrations of CI-DS/CPI-DS with SAP and Non-SAP systems and interfaces.
  • Proficiency in configuring the CI-DS Agent and managing CI-DS Jobs.
  • Experience integrating CI-DS with job scheduling tools like Autosys.
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Certification in SAP IBP or related modules.
  • Experience with other SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) tools.
  • Familiarity with Cloud environments (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services - AWS, Google Cloud Platform - Google Cloud Platform).
  • Knowledge of Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO) migration to IBP.
