Job Title: Training Specialist
Location: Remote (preference for Candidates in New Brunswick or Atlantic Provinces)
Contract Type: Contract (potential for extension(s))
Position Summary:
Our Client is seeking a skilled and experienced Training Specialist to support the training material that would be uploaded into Salesforce & Agentforce. This role will focus on developing comprehensive user training materials, including guides, manuals, and interactive learning content, to ensure effective platform usage across the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with non-technical teams and stakeholders to understand user needs.
Design and develop user-friendly training materials, including manuals, quick reference guides, e-learning modules, and presentations.
Deliver training sessions to various user groups within the department.
Customize training content to suit different roles and levels of technical proficiency.
Provide ongoing support and updates to training materials as platform features evolve.
Gather feedback from users to continuously improve training effectiveness.
Ensure alignment with organizational standards and accessibility requirements.
